Jill Middleton has started a discussion: NOW HIRING: Managing Director (Egypt Operations) "The Managing Director has total P&L responsibility for the London Clubs International operating businesses and Management Contracts within Egypt. The primary measure of success will be strong EBITDA growth, improvement of customer service and employee morale, balanced with delivery against the Code of Commitment. The successful candidate will be a visionary, capable of understanding the past, contributing to the future and knowing how to “get there.” NOTE:In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed the job holder is required to perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director of LCI and LCI/Caesars senior management from time to time. LOCATION: Normal office location will be one of the business units in Cairo but the jobholder may be called upon to perform duties at any of the company’s clubs or locations including possible short-term European and worldwide travel as and when required. WORKING HOURS: A minimum of 40 hours per week at varying times dependent upon the needs of the business and the delivery of project work.
