Join some of the brightest most creative minds in the Bay Area to develop the next generation HB-LED Chips and Devices. • Senior Epitaxy Equipment Engineer Must have direct experience from the epi process level forward inclusive of commissioning new reactors, adjusting tools to achieve desired results. MOCVD and GaN experience a must. • Process Engineer – Frontend of Process integration 7+ years of experience inclusive of ramp up to production. GaN or HEMT, PCVD, develop and standardize epi wafer process procedures, photolithography, etching, deposition. • Process Engineer - Backend of Process integration 7+ years of experience inclusive of ramp up to production. GaN, PCVD, develop and standardize epi wafer fab process procedures, scribing, cleaving, and optical coating a plus. • Device Engineer / Scientist Design and development of GaN-based LED chips. Exp. in compound semiconductor device modeling, design, processing and characterization. Proven leadership and R&D LED or Laser chip development. • Reliability Engineer Responsible for reliability planning, conducting reliability testing, and analyzing reliability data during product development and product qualification of blue and green laser diodes.
