Seeking bright, energetic individuals who are quick learners willing to learn business Demonstrated, strong work ethic and willingness to work extended hours, as necessary required Supervisory experience preferred but not required 4-year degree or equivalent experience required 3+ year’s experience working in metals manufacturing environment (similar background machine shop, in grinding, milling, fabricating, welding or applicable manufacturing repair) helpful but NOT required. Aerospace or Automotive experience helpful, but NOT required, Experience building or supervising low-volume, high value parts helpful nut not required. Proven experience in influencing, leading cross functional teams and driving change results orientation. Demonstrated commitment for process improvement with results. Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results. Customer-focused in meeting commitments of quality and delivery. Demonstrated interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
