Though you would be billed for 10 hours but you need to put your extra hours only when required. Role: The role is of individual contributor and also tech lead at times Requirements: Extensive Experience in Java /J2ee Knowledge in Spring, Struts, Hibernate Strong Sql or Oracle background /back end experience Good front end experience needed Experience in Performance tuning /issue resolution Experience managing or mentoring other developers in the team.
