Abhisek Udayai has started a discussion: URGENT and Lucrative Positions with Very High Salary for Sr. Java/J2ee Developers with minimum 8 -15 Years Exp for Iowa, US, Long Term Project with the Biggest Financial Client in US "End Client: Biggest Financial Company in US Location: Des Moines, Iowa, US (The living cost is very less here compared to other locations in US) Position: Sr. Java/J2EE Developers Experience: Minimum 8 yrs to 15 yrs – Mid Level Position Compensation: One can expect $50-$60/hr and the number of hours will be billed at 10 hours per day So in this way your compensation increases drastically for the month. Though you would be billed for 10 hours but you need to put your extra hours only when required. Role: The role is of individual contributor and also tech lead at times Requirements:  Extensive Experience in Java /J2ee  Knowledge in Spring, Struts, Hibernate  Strong Sql or Oracle background /back end experience  Good front end experience needed  Experience in Performance tuning /issue resolution  Experience managing or mentoring other developers in the team.  MUST be willing to work Overtime (min 50 to 60 hours a week billing, 2 plus years project)  Start Date: ASAP For ALL Requirements: Its must to have Green card, H1B or a US citizen.
