Thomas Fu posted a job: Great China Staffing Manager for German Company "JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish and implement Staffing Plan including existing recruitment channel evaluation and analysis, overall staffing plan and implementation, etc. Identify and continuous manage in-country staffing partners/vendors including but not limited to recruiting website, executive search firm, newspaper, etc. Establish China talent database and update on a regular basis Review, refine and implement corporate strategic staffing process for China Establish orientation process for all managerial and above positions Implement performance review & development plan for all managers in commercial organization Forecast regional staffing needs whenever necessary REQUIREMENT Bachelor degree At least 8 years HR experiences including no less than 5 years recruiting experience in multinational companies.
