Central Valley California Company Information: This well-known company is very stable and profitable. They have invested hundreds of millions of dollars in new equipment in this state-of-the-art manufacturing plant. Turnover is very low and there are lots of opportunity for upward mobility for those individuals who are willing to work hard and have the ability to get the job done. Your Role with the Company: The Electrical Maintenance Manager directs and coordinates overall maintenance operations and handles all electrical issues in the plant. This position is responsible for coordinating maintenance functions with other departments in the plant and will oversee and handle projects that have short- to long-term focus. There will also be a percentage of the job that is responsible for capital projects such as installation of new equipment. Background Profile: • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or related field. • Maintenance Management experience in a manufacturing setting. • Experience in PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic programming knowledge. • Capital Project experience.
