No VISA sponsorship provided* DESCRIPTION: Works with Human Resources to develop and execute human resources initiatives in support of business objectives. Provide guidance to managers and employees on-site on policies, processes and practices related to human resources. Coordinate closely with human resources specialty areas to include training, compensation, recruiting and training to meet business’ needs. • Provide on-site human resources support to include: Assisting in the development and maintaining programs, policies, and procedures that enables and enhances a high performance culture through communication, involvement, improvement, climate assessment, and change. • Completes projects and reports as directed by Human Resources. Oversees coordination of employee’s activities to promote a positive working environment. • Provides human resources support and acts as the primary Human Resources contact for assigned process area(s) in the absence of Human Resources business partners. • Remains current on relative career field information, issues, and trend relation to or potentially impacting the business. Fundamental labor and Employment Law. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: • 8-10 years experience in Human Resources • Employee Relations - Working knowledge • Salary Administration - Working knowledge • EEO/AAP/ADA/FMLA - Familiarity Employment Law /Labor Law • Familiarity Training and Org Development • BA/BS - HR Mgmt, LIR, Related Disc.
