Subject: Wireless Project Manager, RAN Account Support, Philly area Charles Moore posted a job: Wireless Project Manager, RAN Account Support, Philly area "Overview Our Client facilitates engineering workshops that that deliver unfiltered real time insight into vital technology, market and ecosystem evolution in the wireless industry. By attending these workshops, these leaders come together as a community network with firsthand knowledge experts in R&D, product management, and technology strategy, explore common objectives and constraints, and validate product roadmaps. The 2 to 3 day workshops are held primarily in North America and Europe (<12 per year) and bring together the CTOs/VPs/Directors in technology strategy to address current and future technical issues with an audience of systems architects, RAN engineers, handset product management, mobile chipset and RF components engineers. Specific Role In this role, you will work with the team to identify workshop topics and agendas, working group topics based upon end of workshop surveys and research, lead working groups, manage group conference calls, database updates and project materials. This includes making calls to existing members of the consortium, carry out ongoing research of the relevant wireless sectors in order to assist with annual workshop topic planning. The Ideal Candidate You are currently an RF Engineer or FAE or sales engineer for a wireless infrastructure vendor, mobile handset OEM, RF components manufacturer or mobile operator, with 4 to 7 years of experience in the wireless industry. MUST have BSEE or BSCS degree and have worked in some type of outward facing role such as product management or sales engineering or FAE. MUST know radio access networks, not the core, OSS, software or construction/deployment side. Upside Strong small company (12 years) with the opportunity to move to Director level within a few years. Starting salary $105k to $110K plus bonus, medical and 401k, with increases. Partial relocation offered. US citizen or green card only.
