Subject: Seeking for Production Automation Expert，location:Shenzhen/China Bella zhu posted a job: Seeking for Production Automation Expert，location:Shenzhen/China "Jod describe: 1.building the global replicated lean production automation system and leading the implementation. 1) Planning the company next 3 to 5 years of production automation strategy and development direction, and to plan for automated production systems according the product features.(contain the flexible automation production lines and the integration of IT systems) 2)Can be combined with IE, lean production concept and product technology for labor-intensive leading the introduction of automation equipment, machine operation to replace the manual work in high work load of manual,work affecting product quality. For example:Logistics automation / process automation / packaging automation. 2. According to manufacturing requirements, process requirements made the product DFAM demand to tract the product development 3Determining the automation design plan and guide the implementation. Requirement: 1.More than 15 years in manufacturing experience with planning and implementation of successful implementation of integrated automated manufacturing system, with integrated automation equipment development and project management skills. 2. Familiar with the electronics manufacturing industry's manufacturing model and development trend;have a deep understanding and awareness in the whole process of electronic manufacturing process;have a wealth of experience in all of the electronics manufacturing process automation project planning and implementation. 3. Have the planning capacity in logistics automation system, familiar with relevant skills of system IE. 4. Proficient in project management, good organization, management and coordination. 5.With cross-regional / national / cultural team management experience. 6.Science and Engineering / Mechanical / Automation Bachelor degree or above, a communications / electronics background better (with the corresponding experience). 7.Fluent English, can be used as working languages.
