The position is on a temporary freelance / contracting basis. Our client is an international technology company. Your main task will be identify and qualify top talents for various functions. These recruiters will be part of our on-site recruiting team for this customer and will work at our client's headquarters in south Germany. Purpose of the role: • ensure and increase the level of recruiting service provided to the business • contributes to a top-tier Recruitment function • involve project work, which will ensure that our customer is attracting and retaining the highest caliber of employees and is using the most effective forms of Recruitment & Selection practices. Expectations and tasks: • your tasks include full-cycle recruiting from requirements definition through to offer negotiation and hiring • building and strengthening the relationships with managers at all levels of the organization • understanding the specific requirements of the positions you fill Operative tasks: • assess and create job descriptions • consult the business in all recruiting related issues • conduct telephone screening and face-to-face interviews • use and maintenance of the IT candidate management system Education and qualifications /skills and competencies • at least long term recruitment experience, ideally in the technology industry • strong knowledge of recruiting processes • good command of German and English (written and spoken) Please forward your CV in Word with THS/MRSR in subject line to tom.sander@talisman-software.com.
