"50% Marketing 50% Servicing (account mgr will service the account 100% including certificates, claims, billing inquiries, marketing new or renewal business, etc.). Commercial Lines Account Manager performs the essential functions of the position which include aiding agent/producer & clients with service needs & making changes to existing accounts. Specific service & marketing responsibilities are required for this position. Perform essential functions to the quality & service standards per procedures. Needs Licensed & Experienced Insurance Account Manager. Experience in all Commercial Lines of business & risks a must. Hours = 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday. General workflow includes certificates of insurance, audits, policies, endorsements, etc. Qualified candidates will have significant Commercial Lines experience, high attention to detail & ability to handle shifting priorities.
