The HR Manager is responsible for the day to day HR Management activities at the site including: employee relations, recruiting & staffing, training, compensation, policy interpretation and implementation, EEO, legal compliance, organizational development, talent management, and performance management. The HR Manager will partner with the site leadership to provide other comprehensive human resources services including counseling, coaching and guidance while ensuring the sites are in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. * Minimum 8 years of progressive professional experience in human resources with at least 3 years in a manufacturing facility required. * Graduate degree, MBA and/or PHR/SPHR designation would be considered a strong asset."
