They need to fill the following positions asap. Position : Java Developers ( 6 Positions ) Education : B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / M.S in Computer Science, Electronics or related fields from a premier institute Experience : 2 - 4 years Location : Gurgaon Compensation : Commensurate with candidate caliber and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. Translate technical requirements into well-designed applications under supervision of the lead 2. Come up with efficient, modular and scalable solutions for business and technical problems 3. Break projects into simpler granular tasks, estimate effort required and identify dependencies 4. Write efficient and readable code leveraging on a good understanding of object oriented principles and design patterns 5. Fast prototyping of proof-of-concept features / application based on brief unstructured business requirements for getting internal sponsors, customer usability research and A/B testing 6. B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / M.S in Computer Science, Electronics or related fields from a premier institute 7. 2+ years of strong hands-on development experience including at least 1.5 years of real-world web development experience using JSP, Java Servlets, Java Struts, Spring, & Hibernate 8. Habitually writing efficient and readable code, having an appreciation for the same 9. Good understanding of design patterns, object oriented design, and frameworks 10. Client side development experience using XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON is a great plus 11. Good RDBMS skills and experience in DB/SQL 12. Experience with multiple technologies - LAMP, Ruby on Rails, .Net is a great plus 13. Experience owning and working end-to-end on an application - from system (server, deployment, configuration management) to back end (container, application, database) to front end (jsp, ajax, tiles, css, html, javascript) - is preferred 14. Bonus points for experience working on DROOLS or any other rule-engine and SOAP/string based API integrations 15. Experience working with scripting language such as Pearl - to quickly roll our parsers for analysis and write small modules - is preferred 16. Bonus points for previous start-up experience or contribution to any open source project 17. Experience with SCRUM methodology or extreme programming is a great plus 18.
