Assure attainment of business objectives and production’ schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our customers ‘expectations’. Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports strategic initiatives. Direct and coordinate plant operations within company polices and procedures. Establish and direct plant policies and procedures. Responsible for plant production goals. Ensure plant compliance with government and regulatory laws on health and hygiene. Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing production, and shipping.
