They need to fill the following position asap. Position : Product Trainer ( AM/ Dy Mgr Level ) Education : UG/ PG/ MBA/ Equivalent Experience : 4 - 7 years Location : Gurgaon Compensation : Commensurate with candidate caliber and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. Plan & prepare the annual & monthly training calendars 2. Work closely with cross functional business teams in understanding expectations and conduct training needs analysis 3. Develop and evaluate courses and programmes related to Product and Functional skills. These may include workshops, eLearning courses and On-the-Job (OJT) development activities 4. Develop and conduct training for new hires and for internal customers, these trainings may include learning activities related to value inculcation and service training 5. Periodically review, assess and continuously improve effectiveness of training plans and programs 6. Responsible for presenting reports and timely updates 7. Must possess Analytical Ability (advanced MS excel skills), Interpersonal skills, Eye for Detail, Planning and execution, Good Communication skills, Coaching skills 8. Someone who has training background in Travel destinations/ travel platforms (Amadeus) 9. Travel industry experience preferred 10. Willingness to travel and conduct training at different locations 11. Able to facilitate training across all businesses in the organization 12. Preferably holding certifications on various Travel Products/Destinations/Platforms 13.
