Group: Technology Recruiters Rita Dhanavade has started a discussion: Environmental Administrator - Des Moines, Iowa "Berean Group is seeking a Environmental Administrator Location: Des Moines, Iowa Duration: Initial contract is for 6 month, and there could be a possibility of full time employment, or possibility for contract extension up to 18 months. Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only Position description or skills: • Candidate must be in Des Moines area or able to relocate to Des Moines by start date. • Position Description: Experience Level: 4 year degree and 10+ years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Serve as an Environment Administrator coordinating deploys across multiple environments (testing and production). • We are looking for 2 candidates. Individual will coordinate the build and deployment process for complex and diverse application. Successful candidate will have experience with managing resources indirectly to complete the tasks on the installation plan, provide status updates to interested stakeholders, and be able to create installation plan for testing and production environment. • Here is a reminder of what they are looking for. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and/or large technology infrastructure components with broad scope of impact or a large non-development related technology function for a line of business. o Proven delivery track record in infrastructure design o Experience with matrix and influence management to deliver solutions. o Experience managing geographically and cross functional diverse teams. o Experience providing technical leadership on multiple, concurrent projects with high standards for quality and timeliness. o Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills. Ability to communicate, build relationships and influence with all levels of organization o BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience o Evening and weekend work will be required.
