An entry level position, the Recruiting Sourcer is a dedicated resource to provide hands-on sourcing of talent for specific jobs and job types.  The successful candidate will proactively build community relationships and execute creative and innovative sourcing strategies in support of placement objectives.  A primary focus will be gaining an evolutionary understanding of the market to facilitate the identification of a large quantity of viable candidates for open job orders.  The recruiter will vet candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, and basic qualifications.  You will partner with Recruiters and other Sourcers to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective high volume search process. Salary plus bonus opportunity.  Key Result Areas: Developing and maintaining a ready pool of pre-screened candidates. Sources to include: Linked In Postings Direct recruiting from personal network Resume Mining - delivery of resumes via mining of resume banks (monster, postings, etc). Understand who the major employers are in the market: Target Company Identification /Intelligence Reporting – create/maintain a list of potential target companies for the particular job type. Potential targets to be reviewed/confirmed by Recruiter in advance of Sourcing efforts. Assist in sourcing strategy development by providing market intelligence Grow professional relationships and leverage networks in support of sourcing needs. Perform candidate pre-screens Develop and manage relationships with real and potential candidates Distribute resumes to Recruiters Utilize candidate database consistently Other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required Functional Expertise: Builds and maintains credibility by understanding client job types and job roles.
