Proficiency with computers and with HP Asset manager tool. Should posses 7-8 years of experience in asset management in a large organization or environments. Should posses through understanding of HP – Asset manager work flow on asset procurement. Continuously evaluate workflow processes and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient operations and opportunities for process improvement Preparation of schedules and reports for use by Senior Management. Maintain Fixed Asset, Lease, and other relevant systems/applications. Track and reporting on performance metrics. Work independently, including making informed suggestions/decisions based on established policies and procedures. Display solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including strong research and follow-up skills. Proficiency in Microsoft: Excel, Outlook, Word  (Intermediate Excel skills, such as Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc). Professional communication skills (verbal, written). Able to follow instruction and able to provide instruction to others. Ability to structure and lead projects, and to guide these projects to completion. Organize data and analyses in a fashion that provides ease of review by management, auditors, and others. Tracking all ITAsset Management -related SR queues, taking ownership of the SRs, and resolving them based on documented procedures. Tracking metrics related to resolution of the SRs and reporting periodically to the management. Monitoring exceptions created by the interfaces to HP-AM tool. Remediating the exceptions based on documented procedures and/ or as per instructions provided by customer. Documenting remediation repeatable procedures and update the knowledge base for future reference. Monitoring production support activities and taking the necessary corrective actions as per documented procedures and/ or instructions received from ITAM staff Supporting SR and/ or Data remediation activities, as necessary, depending on existing workload (due to the cyclical nature of this workload, with periods of inactivity).
