"Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Manager position for Reed Construction Data - northeast Atlanta/Norcross, GA Reed Construction Data, a division of Reed Business Information, has an opening for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager at our head office in Norcross, GA. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment function for all position levels and for all US locations which include Georgia, Colorado, Illinois, and Massachusetts. This is a hands-on role with direct responsibility for hiring needs definition, planning and sourcing your recruitment efforts, pre-screening candidates and coordinating the interview process, selecting candidates, and assuring successful employment adjustment through on-boarding and integration. Additionally, you’ll build strong partnerships with hiring managers, create custom onboarding plans, monitor early turnover, train managers on recruitment best practices, and most importantly, use your talent advisor skills to positively influence the culture of Reed Construction Data. Qualifications:  Expert level knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components, including: search strategy, sourcing, engagement, qualification, assessment, candidate relationship management, compensation, and on boarding.  Experience developing and executing high-volume recruiting strategies  Demonstrate excellent interviewing skills, and strong written and oral communication and presentation skills  Demonstrate knowledge federal selection guidelines, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices  Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Taleo)  Prior experience in partnering with vendor management programs  Experience in measuring and communicating success through recruiting metrics  Demonstrated experience improving systems, processes, and procedures  Strong administrative and documentation skills, detail-orientation, and a proficiency with reporting tools and databases  Must possess the ability to influence senior leaders  Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately For More Information We realize that selecting your next employer is important to you and your career development.
