Job Description: Key Accountabilities:-Act as a first point of contact for day to day HR systems enquires.-Work closely with internal clients to determine and understand key business requirements-Support HR and other departments to really add value to information provided by HR and present in a professional and user friendly format.-Produce quality management information reports for HR and communicate effectively to the wider business. -Develop and maintain reports using Crystal Reports -Support with salary review process-Maintain good relationships with all stakeholders and push back where required-Using Business Objects and a willingness to learn other applications to enhance performance and improve quality. -Ensure Data Protection principles are company data security policies are taken into consideration in all HR system processes.
