Oracle PeopleSoft HRMS consultant in Raleigh, NC Position: Oracle PeopleSoft HRMS consultant Location: Raleigh, NC Duration: 16+ Months   Need consultants expert in Oracle PeopleSoft HRMS to develop and support PeopleSoft HR System Required Skills: A minimum of six (6) years of in-depth experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise HRMS or HCM version 9.0, or 9.1 and PeopleTools 8.5.x is required. Candidates shall also have verifiable experience related to the following:   1. Working with Business Analysts, Developers, Infrastructure Support and Customers in the Business Offices to design and code solutions to meet complex Business Requirements, using the PeopleTools suite and other related technologies. 2. At least 6 years of experience development/programming with Oracle Enterprise PeopleSoft development technologies, including all of the following: PeopleCode (incl. Application Packages), Application Designer, Integration Broker, Application Engine, XML Publisher, AWE Workflow, SQR, SQL. 3. Utilizing PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM functional knowledge and expertise in the relevant data structures to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements and functional specifications. 4. Unit testing and integration testing verify that development work is bug-free and meets requirements prior to submitting for Quality Assurance testing. 5. Creating Technical design documents for all development work that will provide a reference for support in the future. 6. Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communications skills are required, as well as the ability to quickly understand the Business Processes and resulting system requirements.
