It is a Long Term Contract.Role : Senior Java Developer Location : Blue Bell, PADuration : Long Term ContractPOSITION DESCRIPTION Participates in the full systems life cycle with solution design, development, implementation, and production support of an e-prescribing (eRX) solution comprised of a new UI, business and integration services and data model. The solution is meant to integrate with and provide a new intake channel for a legacy system as well as serve as an initial step of a multi-year initiative to transform the legacy system into a more advanced, flexible and recent technology platform with processes that more closely align to current business needs.This role responsibility will focus on the services and data access layers of the solution inclusive of the communications with the e-Prescribing network as well as the refactoring of various sections of the legacy system required by business and functional requirements.ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED 1. Java & J2EE experience leveraging JBoss EAP and/or Websphere Application Server2. Experience using Eclipse, JUnit, Maven, Bamboo, Shell scripting, ANT, subversion, etc.3. Production experience in SOA environment with design and development experience with web services, XML interfaces and XSD schema development and usage4. Experience with JCA, JMS and implementation of bus oriented integration patterns5. Experience and expertise with most or all aspects of the Spring framework including AOP, IOP, State Management, etc.6. Experience coding in a multi-threaded environment7. Expertise with T-SQL (Sybase preferred) 8. Experience with deployment to AIX and/or Linux environments9.
