Job Description: Primary Skills Req The Role: Key Responsibilities Designing and executing the pricing models to obtain price for contract bidding with right assumptions based on the information available in the RFP, RFQ, MSA or SOW Gather required inputs and extracts from RFP documents. Co-ordinate and collect inputs from the relevant SMEs and Vertical heads Interacting with prospective partners during bidding process and participating in answering questions in the partners calls Designing the best possible solution to the identified business opportunity Working with senior team members for customer RFP (request for proposal) & RFQ (request for quote) requirements by analyzing the deal financials, commercial issues and associated risks, with the objective of finding an acceptable deal structure from the corporate point of view Building financial models for new Geos and new practices Report on deals won comparing actual vs proforma both from transition as well as ongoing costs and revenue.Continuous improvement of financial models based on actual costs Should be able to work in the capacity of a Pricing & Commercial Lead for Global Deals formulation of complete commercials for prospective and existing customers Preparation of business case, scenario analysis and bid defense strategies to assist senior management in taking appropriate decisions Developing risk-reward and gain-sharing model where risk and reward is shared between the parties Creating various financial models and commercial structures around the most complicated deals involving rebadging of customer employees and successfully closing the deals Assisting and providing feedback on client contracts from finance perspective; Any other adhoc financial reports as neededJob Qualifications Job qualifications Must have demonstrated leadership and management skills Must have prior application development management experience Bachelors degree in computer science Very strong communication skills. Resource will continually be engaged with project team, client and Williams Lea leadership teams, and IT Application Development background Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate and translate business requirements into technology solutions Knowledgeable background in both .Net and Oracle solutions Strong analytical and organizational skills Must know MS Word and Excel (Visio and PowerPoint a plus) Must be fluent in English Great verbal and written communication skills Advanced degree a bonus Java J2EE, JSP, Struts, Unit Testing, Secure Software Design, MS SQL Server T-SQLJob Duties Qualified Accountant / MBA with 2+ years of relevant experience in the above Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong o"
