Job Description: Short Description-The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization as directed by R. Johnson. Complete Description:The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.Years of Relevant Experience:4 to 6 yearsPreferred Education:4 year college degree or equivalent.Role Description:All roles specified plus additional work experience and job knowledge.THE WORK WEEK IS MONDAY THRU THURSDAY 10 HOUR DAYS Skills:Experience creating & coordinating technical documentaton preparation & distribution for processess, projects & proceduresRequired 7 Years Experieince gathering , analyzing information needs & functional requirements from stakeholders, business owners , customersRequired 7 Years Experience analyzing user needs & existing functions to determine business requirements, screen & interface design, use casesRequired 7 Years Experience providing on going system maintenance & evaluation of systemsRequired 7 Years Experience delivering project artifactsRequired 7 Years Experience analyzing business requirements using interviews , document analysis , workshops, surveysRequired 7 Years Analyzes , reviews, & recommends possible solutions to identified business problemsRequired 7 Years Develop test scripts, test cases, for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on requirementsRequired 7 Years Facilitate UAT sessions, track results of the testing against the scriptRequired 6 Years Act liaison between business units, customers (internal&external) and various stakeholdersRequired 7 Years Assist Project Manager in project planning & developing project task plans, leading JAD sessionsRequired 5 Years Test systems, i.e. user-acceptance testing, white box testing , black box testing, defect tracking to identify changesRequired 5 Years Utilize software development life cycle methodologies to execute projects according to specificationsRequired 7 Years Work experience in creating and coordinating technical, functional and business requirements for processes, projects and procedu"
