Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Finance recruitment Consultant - Audit Danielle Wainman posted a job: Finance recruitment Consultant - Audit "Multi Award winning and rapidly expanding recruitment company looking for an experienced Finance Consultant to take over a HOT Audit desk. My client are the market leaders in recruiting Audit professionals into the FTSE 100, 250, Accountancy firms and Banks. They have been established since 2007 and currently have 30 within the business. They currently have an urgent requirement for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take on an extremely WARM and established Audit desk with Clients including The Big 4, Top 20 and small independent accountancy firms. Most of which they're on the PSL for. This desk billed in excess of £250k last year from a standing start and the consultant who took the desk on had very little recruitment experience - thus the desk has huge earning and growth potential. The position has become available, only due to a team re-structure and an internal move. The successful candidate will be someone who is really fast paced, someone who works very quickly and someone who has at least 12 months experience in recruitment. It is essential that they have a confident phone manner and they must be happy to train and develop in order to succeed within the role. This is a great office environment where there is lots of fun and activity, non KPI driven and a mature environment but people are serious about making money here. The average fee is between 12-17k so it's easy to make money and the commission scheme is very competitive and it's not unusual for bonus earnings of up to £70k alone on top of your basic salary. This desk is candidate driven and so headhunting and attracting candidates will be a main part of the role. Therefore, you will need to be a driven and motivated individual with experience within the Audit recruitment sector or a keen desire to recruit in this sector. You will need to have a proven track record of billings and be a team player as you will be joining another 2 consultants to make up a team of 3.
