Our client is looking for a Solution Lead within its Central Presales Function who will be accountable and work with the sectors on Procurement Solutions. Our client is ranked as one of the top Procurement Service Providers. Responsibilities:- • Lead solution design and business development for Procurement Process (P2P). • Socialize the offerings with sales and other audience. • Respond to RFP’s - General Sections & Solutions. • Value Stream Mapping, Swim Lanes, Build Collaterals. • Identify value adds, differentiators etc • Create new solutions for Procurement industry focused on process outsourcing. • Generate new leads and build strong pipeline. • Understand client requirements, re-engineer and create solution for outsourcing business processes. • Discovery assessments at client sites, to prepare the road map for outsourcing. • Study and re-engineer existing processes for reducing effort and providing better services. Experience Required:- • 8 - 12 years of overall experience. • Strong domain expertise (Procurement Operations & Solutions in areas such as Requisition to Purchase Order, Auctions, e-procurement, Catalogue Management, Contract Administration & Management, MDM, Item & Vendor Data Management, Spend Analytics, Sourcing, Category Management). • Good understanding of execution of plans for solutions to be implemented and quality management. • Broad knowledge of executing business processes, management and measurement systems. • Sales Orientation, Analytical ability in the design, development and implementation of processes/transactions and reports.
