The team takes care of the Service Management process (including SLA management, reporting and cost recharging aspects) and develops solutions for improving processes in service support and service delivery areas. Your part of the deal: Development, support and maintenance of tools. You’ll take over some ongoing development activities as well as you’ll be developing new tools. Aside from technical part of the job, you will be responsible for the design and the development of functional requirements into a suitable solution, escalate in due time, reporting up,... Development and implementation of the tool used to calculate the consumption volumes, feeding the new cost and recharge model (pricing, monitoring and forecasting).
