Ltd requires a Software Project Manager. The Project Manager applies professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and performance risks to ensure satisfied customers. This role has ultimate responsibility for all assigned projects and manages customer satisfaction, definition, planning, monitoring, and others aspects of a project. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1. Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements accordingly to realize each for the stakeholder. 2. Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback. 3. Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives. 4. Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately. 5. Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals. 6. Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management. 7. Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view. 8. Other duties may be assigned. Implementation Duties & Responsibilities 1. Define & maintain all implementation processes, manage implementation lifecycle; coordinate documentation when needed. 2. Arrange customer training and align training with customer goals. 3. Maintain timelines and target dates in Microsoft Project. Product Development Duties & Responsibilities 1. Define & maintain all product development processes, manage software development lifecycle. 2. Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other agile project related meetings. 3. Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility. 4. Facilitate productivity by ensuring that the team has tools to succeed. 5. Find and work to remove development and project roadblocks; motivates the development team and keep them excited to move forward; protects the team from outside distractions. 6. Manage the team - Ensure that daily, sprint and release commitments are being upheld. Experience Must have 8+ years professional life span with following breakup: 1. 3 to 4 years development experience in .NET or JAVA along with SQL Server or Oracle 2. 4 to 5 years experience of Software Project Management. Communication Skills 1. Verbal / Nonverbal – Convey easily and quickly any message; Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens attentively and seeks clarification; Responds well to questions; Maintain professional nonverbal communication analogous to situation 2. Written - Writes clearly and informatively with a high level of sophistication; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret complex written information. 3. Presentation - Presents clearly and informatively, easily maintaining audience attention and responding to audience needs; Able to facilitate discussion, progress effectively, and manage audience as needed. Computer Skills 1. PMP certified highly desirable 2. Become and remain proficient in all programs necessary to perform the everyday duties of this position. 3.
