Job Title Business Development Manager CME - BPO Location - USA Key Roles & Responsibilities for the role of Business Development Manager CME - BPO: As Business Development Manager CME - BPO your major responsibilities will be as per following : Work closely with the Head of Sales and the Head of Engagement Management stream to create a market penetration strategy To do lot of pro-active sales activities to convert suspects into prospects Primary owner of the Opportunity Management process (Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close) for new prospects or new clients. Form peering relationships with client personnel at the VP/Director level, and working (non-peering) relationships with CXOs; Sourcing for additional business Following up with prospects so that it can lead to a proposal Working with the pre-sales functions to craft a suitable and compelling proposal for the client Showcase Clients Capabilities, Value, Relationships and Governance in all interactions Manage proposal pricing negotiations and closure process Taking Go-To-Market Solutions to the target market Skills / Experience Requirements for the role of Business Development Manager CME - BPO: As Business Development Manager CME - BPO your major responsibilities will be as per following : Business Development with good selling experience A history of achievement / over-achievement Experience of selling BPO services into Media, Communication, entertainment clients. BPO industry experience with a thorough understanding. Ability to define specific solutions within abstract environment Experience in selling and managing large accounts and long term contracts.
