"Salary 10 million yen ~ 18 million yen --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Position Summary: The Senior Manager Solution Executive position within the organization is focused on driving the consulting-solution business in Japan. This position is vital to the ongoing growth of the client's products and services, with a keen focus on developing cloud-based solutions. The Senior Manager Solution Executive position requires a highly capable individual who can develop a vision for value-add industry solutions based on the client's products and consulting services. This individual will partner with sales leadership and sales teams to engage customers in a consultative sales process. This individual must demonstrate industry leadership and presence in their relevant business area with a proven ability to effectively leverage cross-functional resources, both internal and external, define and deliver value-add industry solutions, and solve challenging customer problems. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Serve as primary point of contact between client's Japan Sales department leadership and client's Consulting department to proactively prospect, qualify, scope, and work in a consultative manner to develop and close sales opportunities including the tasks outlined below: o Assist solution executives and sales in the qualification of new consulting opportunities o Proactively meet with key clients, assisting solution executives and sales with delivering sales presentations, maintaining relationships, and negotiating and closing deals o Translate customer business/technical challenges into business solutions based on client's products and services o Coach and assist solution executives and sales to create value propositions for client's products based on customer compelling events, and customer business initiatives o Coach and assist solution executives and sales to create customer ROI, and tie solutions into KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) o Coach and assist solution executives and sales to develop presales consulting presentation materials and documentation such as proof-of-concepts, service agreements, estimates, proposals and scope-of-work o Assist with the negotiation of project Terms and Conditions o Work with legal to secure SSA contracts as needed o Coach and assist solution executives in the development of customer task orders and/or consulting service orders as required o Provide industry business process and service delivery expertise o Arrange and manage go-to-market partners as required to support the industry solutions o Coach and assist solution executives to develop trusted relationships with clients at the project and executive levels --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Other Responsibilities: • Manage and accurately forecast new business and revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis • Prepare monthly progress / status reports and submit to HQ • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Product Development to identify new industry solution opportunities • Educate and evangelize service offerings internally and externally within assigned industry verticals.
