Good knowledge of US employment tax terms W2, C2C, 1099. Solicit referrals and follow up with potential talent to place them for appropriate jobs with clients. Schedule candidates for interviews with clients and coordinating with them. Responsible for the entire hiring process,this includes-Sourcing,Screening,Phone interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to Account Managers.
