We work with the leading System Intergrators in Thailand which are Fortune 500 companies. We are interested in hiring a local Thai Resource to be stationed at Thailand. The person will work extensively on requirements of our Clients from Thailand. Job Responsibilities: •Builds applicant sources by researching in social networking sites, head hunting, references etc. •Studying job description and job qualifications to lead the recruiting & interviewing plans for each position. •Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications as desired for the position. •Arranging and managing interviews of the candidates, also, coordinating with the interview panel. •Efficiently and effectively fill the open position by bringing the quality resources. •Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Skills Required: •Experience in technical recruitments, knowhow of SAP recruitments will be an advantage •Proven track record in candidate sourcing and relationship building skills. •Effective oral and written communication skills - Thai Language •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. •Skills in database management and record keeping Interested candidate can please forward resume to jenny.benoy@visiontreeconsultancy.
