Performing technical analysis (analysis of the needs of the customer ...) necessary for the development of architecture diagrams (TO BE). Parsing processes and functions to the various scenarios and evaluate the most appropriate options to set. Describe in general terms the system actors involved in the system, the information flows (interactions between the different components ...) and the protocols. The consultant has to be able to take on 3 roles : Lead Designer, Functional Designer & Technical Designer. Main tasks: **Lead Designer role: - Identify other design stakeholder names besides lead designer: • infrastructure / solution designers • flex designers • functional analysts - Align with different team leads of identified participants on their availability/timing and make reservations: • Team Lead Design • ALs • infra demand (FF) - Collect Estimations - Identify the eligible chapters Solution Design (check-list) - Define design work package (contract) before AB2: • scope of design work • timing • budget • resources & roles (who does what) - Define WBS - Follow-up the daily operational of design work package progress - Organize review meetings with all designers assigned on the project and the Lead Architect (synchronize on consistent e2e design): • owner SD Design document • owner SD Desicions list - Follow-up of project/reporting mechanisms on design status (daily/weekly/monthly) - Get approval from architecture **Functional Designer role: - Products & storylist - Story description and/or ActivityDiagrams - Acceptance Criteria **Technical Designer role: - Domain model - Application Integrations & Services (contracting), SOA *Profile: Mandatory skills/experience: - Strong SOA experience: 5 years experience minimum - Technical Project Management skills - Communication/stakeholders management *Mandatory language skills: - Fluent in Dutch and/or French with at least excellent understanding of the other language. - Fluent spoken & written English is mandatory (both written & spoken): the deliverables (documentation) are in English Belangrijkste ervaringen volgens de manager zijn: => In-depth knowledge of SOA => SOA technical knowledge on expert level => Technical knowledge on expert level => Knowledge of design methods on expert level"
