RESPONSIBILITIES: • Management of technical product development processes and technical implementation; • Responsible for designing and implementing complex interdisciplinary research and development project with internal team and external partners; • Analysis of project goals and coordination with project members; • Ensure budget requirements. PROFILE: • Completed a degree in mathematics, physics or engineering or PhD in optoelectronics or surface physics; • Very good knowledge in touch-less surface technologies; • Top notch knowledge of high tech projects and technical management projects; • Several years of experience in technical design and software architecture; • Experience with industrial image processing; • Ideally experience with hardware such as cameras, detectors or similar technologies; • Track record as development team leader, product manager or similar with interdisciplinary teams; • Clear, structured and quality conscious with creative impulse; • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a young motivated team.
