We are looking for a demonstrated leader that can help drive the strategic vision of the BI platform. Reports to: Chief Performance Officer Job description: The Business Intelligence Manager has primary responsibility for setting the BI strategy for the Group and for managing the day-to-day operations of the BI team, a team of 3 Senior BI experts. He/she will be responsible for maintaining, developing and delivering BI solutions to schedule and quality. The BI Manager will be meeting with business's key stakeholders to design BI solutions for their needs and then delivering those solutions appropriately. Job requirements: * A degree in computer science, mathematics or management, is required. * A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the BI area, during which both professional and management capabilities have been clearly demonstrated. * Extensive expertise in MS SQL Server platform: MSIS (ETL), MSAS (OLAP cubes), SQL database and query language, MDS (Master Data Services), MS Reporting Services; * Extensive experience in multidimensional data modelling, such as star schemas, snowflakes, handling "slow-changing" dimensions/attributes; * A solid understanding of key BI trends; General business skills: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both french and english; * Experience managing global complex BI projects and team; * Proven ability to complete projects and achieve results in an ambiguous work environment; * Proven strong leadership skills within the project team; * Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies, and track and measure results; * Proven ability to build and motivate a team to achieve results; I am looking forward to you reaction.
