El Segundo, CA "Information Technology Recruiter – Project Management Focus Prosum Human Resources is hungry to hire an eager and sharp IT recruiter to join our growing corporate recruiting team. The Prosum IT Project Management Recruiter is responsible for the following: • Source top IT Project Management talent utilizing the job posting boards, resume spiders, in-house database, referrals, and other creative, out of the box resources • Conduct thorough phone screens and face-to-face interviews with candidates using progressive, behavioral-based interview techniques • Qualify potential candidates for open positions • Prepare detailed and effective interview summaries and submit summaries and resumes to Hiring Managers • Sell and close opportunities to the candidates, and candidate to the hiring managers • Establish genuine rapport with candidates and shepherd them through the entire recruitment process with a supportive and conscientious approach • Coordinate all interviews and proactively manage the interview feedback loop with interviewers and candidates • Coordinate third party agency partner supplemental recruiting activity • Other duties as assigned Our ideal candidate will have: • 3 or more years of IT and Project Management specific recruiting experience resulting in a deep and current knowledge of Project Management leading technologies and methodologies and related positions • Proven ability and passion for sniffing out great people and building solid relationships • Ability to sell and close an opportunity to the candidate, and candidate to the hiring manager • Proven partnering mindset • Strong work ethic with a passion to work hard • A proven track record of networking capabilities • Passion for making an impact in and contribution to growing people’s professional lives Requirements: • Project Management recruiting expertise • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • The 3 “P’s”: Positivity, Professionalism, Perseverance • Commitment to quality • Experience with using behavioral interviewing techniques • Team Player • Solid documentation and computer skills, especially MS Outlook, Word, ATS, etc. • Experience with conducting key word and other sourcing search techniques • Bachelor’s Degree preferred APPLT ONLINE AT: http://ch.tbe.taleo.net/CH06/ats/careers/requisition.jsp?org=PROSUM&cws=1&rid=469 We are an EOE!"
