This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) type applications and processes. The key requirement of the role is to identify, define and drive the implementation of system, process, workflow and efficiency improvements for the key head-office departments. The Dublin based role will report to the Head of Corporate IT who reports to the group CIO. Responsibilities • Document key business processes across the main head-office functions including Finance, HR, Recruitment, Legal, Payroll, Marketing • Be recognised subject matter expert in functionality of and interdependence between ERP type applications in the company • Identify opportunities for improved efficiency, automation and workflow • Engage Business stakeholders to define detailed requirements and develop business case • Engage external vendors / internal software development and infrastructure teams to define solution • Help manage initiatives through approval and implementation phases • Report to senior IT and Business managers on ERP related initiatives Experience Required • Proven track record of complex business analysis and project delivery in a highly dynamic company undergoing a significant change programme • 5+ years experience of ERP type implementations and integration of various head-office applications • Specific functional expertise in one of the major ERP packages with Oracle e-Business Suite (v12) knowledge a definite advantage • Demonstrable proactive ness, creativity and ability to work unsupervised • Excellent written and verbal communication / presentation skills and expertise in modeling and diagram production • Understanding of project management methodologies like Prince2/Scrum • 2.1 or higher in a relevant discipline from a top tier academic institution, Masters a plus If you’re interested contact richard.snowden@gempool.ie for more information GemPool - Clever People for Smart Clients"
