Performed similar responsibilities in the past ?Apply at priyamvada.nath@aricent.com "Databases & systems (SAP, intranet-based HR tools and applications etc.), compensation system for data collection, consolidation and reporting • Will extensively work with Databases & systems (SAP, intranet-based HR tools and applications etc.), compensation system for data collection, consolidation and reporting • Will provide consultation, and support to management with reporting output and key HR process metrics • Consolidate MI function and create a centralized delivery model and define standard output (where possible) • Manage and prioritize the delivery of large volumes of standard and ad-hoc reporting requests to strict deadlines • Improve the content and format of existing MIS output and proactively design and develop new management solutions • Manage client relationships with senior HR and business managers across multiple geographies for MI and analytics related requirements • Continually drive standardization and process/resource optimization within the MIS team • Document deliverables and processes to enable sharing of best practice, training and mitigation of risks • Develop and embed high quality analysis and forecasting techniques into all areas of workforce reporting Skills Required: Advanced Excel, Databases (Access/Business Object), working knowledge of HRMS (SAP/PeopleSoft), Data analytics, PowerPoint"
