Description: • Planning and performing audit services for clients in consumer products, high tech, software consulting, entertainment and other diverse industries • Supervising, training and evaluating staff • Financial risk assessment • Variation analysis • Reviewing quarterly financial information • Reviewing internal controls and making recommendations for improvements • Preparing engagement letter, rep letter and management letter • Preparing and reviewing detailed accounting reports • Performing accounting research • Delegating work to staff and providing an environment that fosters a team approach to auditing • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships Position Requirements: • 3-7 years CPA firm experience • CPA certification is a MUST • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Desire to train and evaluate staff • Good “team-player” Salary commensurate with experience Please respond in strict confidence to: Paula V.
