Subject: Software Program Manager – Installed Base – Waukesha, WI Melanie Cisler posted a job: Software Program Manager – Installed Base – Waukesha, WI "The Software Operations Leader will drive software-related operational excellence for Premium CT engineering. Essential Responsibilities: Duties include (but are not limited to): • Accountable for IB metrics of Premium CT Software (open complaints, -aging and trending, etc.). • Serve as focal point for IB issues related to Premium CT Software. Interaction points include: Complaint Handling Unit (CHU), CT Software engineering teams (Host, Recon, Scan), service online engineers, local QA/RA team, APL IB team and customers. • Perform first level of triage on assigned complaints and CSOs (Customer Satisfaction Opportunities). Work with technical leads to assign complaints and CSOs to engineers for further investigation. • Drive execution to ensure investigations and resolutions are completed on time. Escalate to engineering managers as appropriate. • Maintain dashboards, provide status updates, and deliver monthly quality presentations. • Perform software release management activities in support of NPI and IB programs. • Serve as project leader for software-related maintenance design change projects (MDCP). Interaction points include: IB programs, Engineering, Manufacturing, Console COE, and local QA team. • Drive process improvements and maintain appropriate process documentation. Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related discipline. • 6 years or more professional experience, with 4 years or more experience in IT software support or op-ex related experience in Supply Chain, Commercial Ops, Service or Engineering. • Cross-functional project leadership experience. • Good communications skills (oral and written), good analytical and problem solving skills, customer service mindset. Desired Characteristics: • Lean and/or Six Sigma experience. • Customer support or field engineer experience. • CT product knowledge. • IT-related technical or functional program experience. • Experience with FDA audit will be a plus.
