The Senior Product Manager, Supplies must be a highly motivated individual who is passionate about taking new products to the next level in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will leverage strong supplies procurement and analytics experience to drive supplies procurement and spend management products for our customers. Supplies procurement includes supply categories like medical supplies, office supplies, maintenance repair operations (MRO), and janitorial. This position drives revenue growth and will need to leverage both supply chain experience and product management methodologies and processes. This person will oversee all product and solution management functions related to our clients growing supplies procure-to-pay product. This includes defining and delivering relevant, insightful, and profitable products for our customers. The successful candidate will join the Product Management team that is committed to creating and delivering valuable products to enhance our customers business and grow company revenue and profits. This is also a highly collaborative role that will work closely with a skilled team, which includes engineering, marketing, sales, account management, implementation, and customer support. Essential Responsibilities 1. Define and deliver relevant, insightful, and profitable supplies procurement and spend management solutions to meet market needs. 2. Be the “Product Evangelist” with the ability to communicate our clients product vision, value, and benefits. 3. Provide procurement and supply chain thought leadership to the client’s customers and internal stakeholders. 4. Analyze market trends, industry drivers, business processes, customer needs, and competitive solution offerings. 5. Establish product strategy, market requirements, target market and product roadmap. 6. Track product performance including financial and operational metrics. 7. Define pricing and go-to-market strategy. 8. Define and own development of functional requirements and product/solution-specific market requirements and deliverables. 9. Conduct market research and work very closely with the customer to identify their core business problems. 10. Collaborate with target customers to identify product requirements and prioritize features and enhancements. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering required; master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant product management experience in a technology business with a demonstrated track record of delivering new and profitable products • Minimum of 12+ years of professional experience in technology product development • Experience in large (billion +), corporate business-to-business e-commerce required (MUST have E-Commerce Product Management experience!!) • 20 to 30% travel required • Demonstrated experience and skills in creating and bringing profitable new technology products to market • Demonstrated track record of superior business leadership, vision, judgment and execution • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills • Strong supplies procurement and strong supply chain background • Healthcare procurement or medical supplies experience preferred. • Experience working with and motivating cross-functional and virtual teams • Excellent analysis skills and ability to make sound business decisions • Pragmatic Marketing Certification or equivalent preferred VERY competitive compensation package (Base: $90-$140k) Please forward your resume to: Melanie Cisler Sourcing Specialist Fusion Recruiters, LLC 6526 River Parkway | Wauwatosa, WI | 53213 Email: fusionrecruiters@gmail.com"
