REQUIRED SKILLS: • Oracle Order to Cash & Procure to Pay Analyst • Knowledge and Experience in the following R12 EBS Modules (Strong in Order Management, Accounts Receivables, Warehouse Management System, Accounts Payables, i-Procurement & Purchasing) • Knowledge of configurations of the above modules and ability to, create functional/technical specifications & troubleshoot customizations in the OTC Flow • Good understanding of the Order to Cash Process Flow. • Experience working in a live production system providing application support and enhancements • Knowledge of Europe Localizations is an Advantage JOB DESCRIPTION: • Resolution of user tickets • Work with the offsite and Offshore based teams to coordinate Incident management, development and issue resolution. • Gather requirements for minor enhancements, configuration changes. • Troubleshooting interfaces, reports and workflow issues. • Job Monitoring and providing on call support.
