Please go through the JD and let me know if you are keen to explore. Role Accounting and Finance team in India with front-end teams responsible for local transaction processing, business support and compliance. The accounts must be zero defect and must stand the test of internal and statutory audits in all jurisdictions. 2. The controller will also manage the FP&A function including budgeting and MIS and will drive data accuracy [financial a non-financial] across the entire company. He will also provide business support such as managing a robust pricing process and will be actively involved in validating the economic underpinnings of large transactions. Reconciliation between operational numbers and financial numbers is a given and the controller will have to work with leadership and other stakeholders to create such an environment. 3. The controller will be responsible for corporate governance and will be responsible for defining and implementation expense policies and spending matrix. 4. The controller will also have to take care of the Group’s treasury management and implement its foreign exchange hedging policies as mandated by the board. He will also ensure strict compliance with the Group’s transfer pricing norms and strive to ensure that there is working capital discipline in the company. 5. The controller will be responsible for managing global tax and secretarial compliance. 6. The controller will also have to manage the risk management requirements of the group such as insurance and ensuring the operations are complying with local laws such as building codes and labour laws. Candidate’s profile Exp: Chartered Accountant with 12-15 years of experience. Experience in a multinational is a must. Candidates Environment dealing with inter-company transfer pricing and multi-locational accounting. Should have worked in an IFRS GAAP environment and close audit in conformance of the same. Process improvement skills and any relevant certifications such as Six Sigma would be an advantage.
