Business Development : KPO Services We are looking for an individual who is passionate about growing a team into being tomorrow’s choice KPO destination. Who will analyze and understand requirements from clients, put together solutions to fulfill requirements and deliver Knowledge Services with internal and external delivery teams. The candidate should have the following proficiencies: • To be responsible for sales, transition and delivery of KPO projects. • To understand requirements from clients, put together solutions to fulfill requirements and deliver Knowledge Services with internal and external delivery teams. • Graduates / Post graduates with at least 3 – 4 years of Knowledge Services experience with at least a year of leading KPO delivery teams specialized in research & analysis. • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, interpersonal skills. • Good team player. • Should have been involved in the entire sales cycle – Responding to enquiries, following up with customers, preparing proposals, negotiating prices, handling pilots, closures of sales and growing sales from existing accounts. • Should have a broad understanding of the KPO outsourcing business. • Should have been involved in hands-on research, analysis and writing reports. • Should have hands-on experience with Statistical tools like SPSS, SAS, Millward Brown tools and techniques and other industry relevant software. • Proficient with MS Excel & PowerPoint.
