The role is a full 360 function of sale, service & delivery developing clients purely in the Australian & New Zealand markets from Singapore placing the likes of Developers, Project Managers / Directors as well as Functional IT Consultants. You will be expected to work proactively in attracting candidates globally to roles across Australia & New Zealand through networking and head-hunting. There is excellent career development / progression into management for those who aspire to move up the ladder or future international moves to new offices as they open – Sydney is the next pin in the map for this company. PERSON SPEC: The ideal candidate will have an interest, experience or understanding of the IT / ERP / CRM space, although alternative recruitment experience will be considered e.g. HR, Oil & Gas etc as longs as proven salesy billers. 1.You must have 3 to 4 years proactive, sales driven RECRUITMENT INDUSTRY experience 2.Knowledge of the CRM / ERP space would be ideal, although not a necessity. 3.You must have excellent English language skills – both verbal & written. 4.Candidates must be flexible and able to work extended hours to suit needs of both candidates & clients. 5.Career minded individuals are encouraged – there are opportunities to move into Management here. 6.Some existing clients in place, must look to bring new clients on board.
