We have a number of internships available, it’ll provide vital industry experience. Being a new small business ensures interns work closely with members of the Condor team and are able to take on real industry responsibilities and tasks. Job Responsibilities include: -updating social media, Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, etc. -tracking and maintaining merchandise, from arrivals to PO’s -various errands, between showrooms, media outlets and stylists -various day-to-day tasks within the store -time spent in our office, planning and researching -assisting in launching of our ecommerce site Internship positions available: Ecommerce -graphics -PR -special events -social media -blogging -Will have responsibilities of researching, creating flyers, making facebook/blog posts, assisting in event planning, tracking store and vendor press, etc. Retail/Business Management -ecommerce -retail management -entrepreneurship -Will have responsibilities of dealing with various tasks that involve the business. -Anything from researching new store locations to managing online store. Buying -assist planning future buys -apparel, accessories, shoes, jewelry -trends/trend forecasting -merchandising -color forecasting -Will have responsibilities of researching trends, creating story boards, merchandising, tracking vendors/orders, discovering innovative/new designers, etc. Home/Accessories -homeware -accessories -leather goods -garden -environment -visual merchandising -Will have responsibilities of researching green/sustainability, developing DIY home/gift ideas, creating solid book collection, creating innovative store experiences, various garden upkeep/visual merchandising, etc. Visual Merchandising -visual merchandising -trend/color forecasting -blogging -Will have responsibilities of researching trends, brainstorming innovative window concepts, follow various trend forecasting sites: WGSN, WDD, etc To apply, please attach your resume, include a brief cover letter of your interests within the fashion industry and how your interests and skills will benefit our evolving retail company and email to: Contact@shopcondor.com.
