"The Lead AMS (Application Maintenance and Support) Coordinator reports to the Service Operations Manager & is responsible for managing issues raised to the AMS team and building relationships with the key Business users. This role is accountable for day-to-day management of the AMS team providing Enterprise support & maintenance services both on and offshore. In depth experience leading teams providing support for Oracle11i/ R12 Production environments Experience of working in a direct or 3rd party matrix managed multi vendor organization Experience working with in SOX controlled environment Experience coaching, mentoring diverse teams with varying technical / application backgrounds Understanding of standard business process management Flexible approach in a fast paced environment can do attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills Direct working experience with US/Europe users base Demonstrated ability to work in a sourced model using onsite/offshore model, development, support, QA, etc Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff Ability to manage expectations with business and IT stakeholders in terms of deadlines and scope Functional and Technical deep expertise in supporting Plan to Fulfill Process and Functional and Technical deep expertise in supporting Vendor Managed Inventory for Retail Customers Provide continues improvement and leadership guidance to Plan to Fulfill systems Excellent knowledge on working with tools like SQL, PLSQL (Toad), Discoverer, Oracle manufacturing modules like Inventory, Oracle MRP/MPS , Order Management, Data warehousing principles, Oracle ERP R12 and 11i Must of 7+ years of experience in Application Maintenance services role Must have 4+ years experience in supporting Plan to Fulfill related modules like Oracle Inventory, Oracle Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), Oracle Master Production Schedule(MPS) Interested professionals can send cv to mayank@machertech.com or call 9575699250.
