For the strategic team in the Netherlands, we are now looking for an ambitious RF IC Designer: Responsibilities and tasks: Responsible for the design, verification and Silicon validation of pre-specified RF blocks and analog sub systems into RF Integrated Circuits. Discuss system partitioning and sub-specification with RF system engineer, customers, marketing. Keep up to date with developments in the area of RF IC and related design tools through training programs, reading literature and attending seminars. Discuss prototype evaluation results with development team, marketing and customers. Drive small development team as technical principal. Provide input to the strategic direction. Your profile: Someone with a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering; Experience in design of low power integrated circuits for Wireless transceiver devices ( e.g. Bluetooth, Wireless LAN, GPS etc) and their application into radio solutions. Knowledge of relevant CAD tools (Cadence/ADS). Knowledge of IC processes (CMOS, BiCMOS) and basics of IC processing. Pre: Transmitting, experience IC NFC.
