The desk is warm with an established client base in place, however in such a buoyant market there is huge opportunity to grow the desk and the ideal candidate will have experience in business Development and proven success in developing new client relationships. There is a strong pipeline with a large client relationship and the successful candidate will be given warm clients to work with as well as a large candidate database. This is a dual desk and you will be responsible for the maintenance of the existing client relationships whilst also building new contacts and relationships of your own. This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit a WARM desk with existing clients. The successful consultant will come from either a temp OR perm background with any sector experience and you must be committed to performing a full 360 role - getting on the phone, picking up clients and building relationships. In return you will work in a non-KPI driven environment led by an inspirational manager who has considerable experience and success developing consultants and winning business in this market. You will work in a nice office environment; have an uncapped commission structure and the opportunity to progress swiftly in to management.
