This boutique business was set up 5 years ago by founding directors with an extensive and successful background in the insurance field and focused on the finance & accountancy into insurance market since then the team has grown to 5 and now also focus on Technical Operations and it is in this area that they need a new consultant due to an influx of work in such a buoyant market. The ideal candidate will come from an insurance background. You will be working at the senior end with salaries £50k-£100k on a contingent basis. This role would be perfect for someone with either experience of working at the senior end, or someone who wants to take that next step up in their recruitment career. There is client ownership here and you are expected to fill whatever vacancies you pick up/are given by your client whether they be temp or perm, however, some consultants are more perm focussed and some more temp. Although there are an extensive number of clients already in place, however there will be an amount of Business Development in the role. In return, they offer a very competitive commission structure that allows you to earn 35% of anything you invoice. There are no KPIs, no red tape and plenty of reasons to join this business.
